Admission Process

To reserve space in our program, you must submit a completed application as well as the $300.00 non-refundable registration fee.

Supply Fee

This non-refundable fee is paid twice a year, in January and September. This will cover the cost of arts and learning materials, special activities, and other supplies.


Tuition is paid monthly on the 1st of each month with no deductions for absences, holidays, teacher workdays, and days the school is closed for inclement weather.

Late Payment Fees

If you are late on the 3rd of the month, a late fee of $20.00 will be applied to your tuition. After the 3rd of the month, a late fee of $5.00 is also applied until your tuition is paid in full.

Late Pick-up Fees

If you will be late arriving at the school for pick-up, please call and notify the school. There is a charge of $1.00 per minute per child. The charge is due on the same day and given directly to the teacher who is watching your child.

Multi-Children Tuition Discount

A discount of 15% of the oldest child’s tuition is provided for parents with two children enrolled. For parents with three or more children, 20% will be provided. The multi-child discount does not apply to part-time families. Parents will be notified of any changes in tuition within 30 days of the change.

Insufficient Funds Charges

If your check is returned for any reason, an NSF charge of $30.00 will be applied to your account. In the event that a family has a check returned more than once due to insufficient funds, all subsequent payments must be made in money order or cash.
